Grievance Section

Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC) is committed to ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our services. As such, we recognize there are times when a customer, associate has a less than satisfactory experience with TEC. In these situations, the TEC Team will assist and strive to resolve any complaint within 30 days. Please complete this form to file a grievance.

  • Grievances must be submitted within 30 calendar days following the incident or action that is the subject of the member’s dissatisfaction. ​
  • You will receive an Acknowledgement that the Grievance has been received within 5 working days.
  • All grievances will be resolved within 60 working days of receipt.
