Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC) is committed to ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our services. As such, we recognize there are times when a customer, associate has a less than satisfactory experience with TEC. In these situations, the TEC Team will assist and strive to resolve any complaint within 30 days. Please complete this form to file a grievance.
Grievances must be submitted within 30 calendar days following the incident or action that is the subject of the member’s dissatisfaction.
You will receive an Acknowledgement that the Grievance has been received within 5 working days.
All grievances will be resolved within 60 working days of receipt.
